The handle's ratchet action allows you to effortlessly cut with a "stirring the soup" motion with your hand. This is one of the best rotary cutters for artists. When used as a quilting tool or for fabric cutting, the device's ease of use prevents uncomfortable wrist strain. For safety, the device comes with a built-in blade cover and a plastic pivot guard for use when not in use.
