3-1/2 in. thick-walled bit

Milwaukee Thin-Wall Core Bits are ideal for drilling large holes where depth is relatively shallow. The core bit cuts only a groove. Usable depth of Thick Wall Cores is 4-3/8 in. The operator must remove the inner core before being able to drill deeper. Thick-Wall construction is ideal for larger hammers and drier concrete. A 7-1/2 in. extension is available to allow drilling deeper holes. The appropriate splined drive shank (depending on diameter) must be used to drive the core bit. Use the 48-20-5199 center pin and 48-20-5173 guide plate to position and start the hole. Thick-Wall core bits are available for diameters from 1 to 6 in.
