By embedding this functionality into the tool and not the battery, all devices can be tracked even if the battery is not charged or on the tool. The app also automatically remembers the last time the tool was within app range to help you locate missing tools faster and increase your team's accountability. If you are having trouble locating a lost tool, extend your search with the help of other ONE-KEY™ app users. By joining, you receive a location update when a phone with the app is within 100 feet of your tool. Coupled with tracking, the tool's integrated security feature provides ultimate anti-theft protection. Protect your investment with features like tool lock-out or hiding the tool from nearby devices' screens so you are the only one who knows your tool is nearby. If your tool is lost or stolen, you can render it unusable by sending a command to the tool to tell it to shut down the next time it is within range of a ONE-KEY™ app.
